Barre W/Danna

Come join us for a 60-min barre class! Barre is a fusion of dance, yoga and pilates and modifications for all movements are offered in all classes. No previous barre experience is required to attend. You need light hand weights, a mat and a water bottle to participate. My goal for everyone who attends is to feel the power of movement set to great music with a great gang of people!

When I went to my first Barre with Danna class, I didn't really even know what a barre class was!! As it turned out - it is an AMAZING workout (and I didn't need to have worried about any lack of experience). Danna is an incredible teacher - energetic, funny and caring. Since my first class a few months ago, I have been to all the Barre with Danna classes! I can't get enough. Each workout has been unique and included a new accompanying playlist that really gets you pumped up! Each week I look forward to Barre With Danna. I probably could seek out other classes but, honestly, Danna is so fantastic I don't want a different instructor! If you are thinking of trying a class - do it! You won't be disappointed!!
